We always adhere to standardized order processing and strict logistics management, aiming to provide reliable, safe and stable delivery services for all orders and ensure customers receive intact and high-quality bag products within the estimated delivery period.
1. Order Processing Time
After your bag order is confirmed and successfully paid, our team will complete order verification, product quality inspection and professional protective packaging within 1 to 3 business days. All processing work excludes weekends and official United States public holidays, and our warehouse will suspend all business during holidays.
In the event of surging order volume during promotion cycles and shopping peak seasons, the order processing cycle will be appropriately extended. We will take the initiative to send email notifications to customers to inform them of delayed order progress once obvious delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
The shipping cost of each bag order is calculated according to the actual weight, size and delivery destination of the package. The accurate shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before order payment for customers’ reference.
We provide unified standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days after warehouse delivery. It should be noted that the delivery time is only an estimated value. The actual arrival time of the package will be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, customs clearance progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday arrangements.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your order is packaged and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email sent by our system, which contains your exclusive order tracking number and logistics carrier information.
The logistics tracking data will be updated and available for online query within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up by the logistics provider. System data synchronization delay is a normal logistics situation. If the tracking information cannot be updated normally after 48 hours, you can contact our customer service for manual inquiry.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers need to carefully fill in accurate and complete shipping addresses, zip codes and valid contact information during order payment. Please check the delivery information repeatedly to avoid delivery errors caused by incorrect information.
ANNE NUNEZ will not be responsible for parcel misdelivery, delivery failure and loss caused by wrong or incomplete delivery information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address problems, customers need to bear the corresponding reshipping fees by themselves, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transportation, please contact our customer support team to initiate a loss review process within 7 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics company to trace the package and give a final processing result as soon as possible.
Bag products may be squeezed, collided or worn during long-distance transportation, resulting in surface damage, accessory loss or packaging damage. If you receive damaged products, please feedback to our after-sales team within 48 hours after receipt, and provide clear photos of the outer package and damaged parts of the products as proof. We will verify the situation and solve the after-sales problem efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
All bag products sold in our store are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other materials, and each product is equipped with professional material care instructions. Customers should use, store and clean the products in strict accordance with the official guidelines to avoid unnecessary damage.
Product damage, fading, deformation and functional failure caused by improper cleaning, improper storage, private modification and artificial misuse are not within our after-sales guarantee scope. We do not bear any liability for compensation and maintenance for damage caused by non-standard use of products.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all international cross-border shipping orders, the local customs of the destination country will levy import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other related taxes according to local trade policies and commodity management regulations.
All customs-related expenses shall be borne independently by the customer. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any customs fees. We will not be responsible for package detention, forced return and disposal losses caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
